Wilderenss at the Smokies

The Lococo Company was the lead consultant firm to Stand Rock Hospitality during and development, construction and operation of the Wilderness at the Smokies Resort. We played a lead role in hiring the property general manager and executive management team. In cooperation with Stand Rock executive management team, facilitated the development of the standards of operation, room rates and yielding. We developed and directed the marketing and advertising rollout plan for the resort which   yielded a very successful first year of operations.
