Camelback Lodge and Aquatopia indoor waterpark: Lococo Company was the lead management consulting firm for Stand Rock Hospitality, a $163.0 million hotel, FEC, Indoor Waterpark and Spa. We were responsible for hiring the executive team, facilitated the developed of all departmental standard operating procedures, brand strategies, marketing rollout plans, central reservation room rate and yielding programs. Developed hotel attraction packaging, which included snow skiing and tubing, outdoor waterpark and adventure park packages. Accountable for all the operational aspects of a 453-suite hotel and 125,000 SF Aquatopia indoor waterpark, employing 804 full and part-time employees.
