Management Services: Lococo Company was contracted by Cedar Fair Entertainment Inc. to stabilized a troubled property, after the company purchased the resort in July of 2019. The 236-room hotel and resort featuring conference center, three restaurants, 10,000 SF boutique gift shop, a Tom Fazio Design 18-hole championship golf course, marina and beach, on shores of Lake Erie. Just 5 miles from Cedar Point amusement park. We were responsible for all aspects of management for the hotel, golf course and marina, including the front office, marketing, budgeting, reporting and yielding strategies.
